不一樣確實存在，但這正是每個人的特色。
Being similar or different, does it really matter?
There are differences, but differences make each one special.
羅慧夫顱顏基金會長期舉辦《故事小苗行動》兒童繪本徵文比賽，推廣「尊重差異」的核心信念。
因此我們在設計上也將「繪本」作為重要的元素加入影片。
畫風完全不同的角色獨角獸作為重要的劇情推動者從繪本中誕生，他與大家都不一樣，但他很開心。
進而推動主角展示自己，同時也讓眾人理解彼此的不一樣，正是彼此的獨特。
The Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation has long organized the "Story Sprouts" children's picture book writing contest, emphasizing the value of respecting differences.
Our video design prominently features picture books. From one such book, a unique unicorn character emerges, serving as a key element in the story. His difference from others, contrasted with the main character's journey, underscores the message that individuality is a source of happiness and uniqueness.
以明亮的暖色調與手繪質感，來營造溫暖、光明的氛圍。
並使用大量留白的簡潔畫面來避免過度繽紛，整體風格童趣，呼應主題為兒童和繪本。
除了旁白以外，同時以畫面敘事。
對比色黃色、藍色暗示主角的與眾不同，在一片藍色的世界裡黃色與大家都不一樣。
隨著劇情進展，畫面中逐漸出現更多顏色、甚至更多風格，正如我們的世界不只藍色、黃色一樣，這個世界本來就有很多種類的人，所有人都不一樣，都是獨一無二的個體。
We use bright, warm tones and hand-drawn textures to foster a warm, luminous atmosphere, while minimalist designs with ample white space keep the style simple and child-friendly.
The story is told visually, not just through narration.
Contrasting colors, like yellow against blue, highlight the protagonist's uniqueness. As the plot unfolds, the visuals evolve to include a variety of colors and styles, reflecting the diversity of our world where everyone is unique.
主角：代表顱顏兒。
我們延伸羅慧夫基金會的 logo， 使用相似的頭部造型和顏色來呈現。為強調唇顎裂口鼻相連的特徵，將主角轉化為擁有相同特徵的貓科動物。
The main character represents children with craniofacial conditions.
We extended the Noordhoff Foundation's logo, using similar head shapes and colors for representation. To emphasize the characteristic features of cleft lip and palate, we transformed the main character into a feline animal with these same traits.
其他角色：為凸顯主角「不一樣」的重要對比。
起初嘗試使用多種顏色、造型來營造繽紛童趣的畫面。
然而對比卻不夠明顯，無法讓人在短時間內理解主角為何不被接納。
因此我們將其他角色調整為更一致的藍色色系與圓形耳朵與五官，讓主角口鼻相連的線更為明顯。
Other characters serve to highlight the protagonist's crucial contrast of being 'different.'
Initially, we tried using a variety of colors and shapes to create a vibrant, playful visual. However, this approach lacked clear contrast and didn't quickly convey why the protagonist was not accepted.
Therefore, we adjusted the other characters to a more uniform blue color scheme with round ears, making the protagonist's unique feature of a connected mouth and nose more pronounced.
獨角獸：凸顯「每個人都是不一樣的」的劇情推動者。
獨角獸使用與主角群不同的風格來強調彼此的不一樣。
起初嘗試以黏土造型搭配與主角接近的黃色色系，來暗示他與主角都是「不一樣」。
後續反應希望能更不一樣，也希望能更加童趣、更繪本，多方嘗試後採用了分鏡的版本。
The unicorn character emphasizes the theme that "everyone is unique," acting as a catalyst in the story.
To highlight the differences between the unicorn and the main characters, we initially used a style distinct from the main group, employing clay modeling combined with a yellow color scheme similar to the protagonist's, to suggest their shared 'uniqueness.' Based on feedback for more distinctiveness and a desire for a more childlike, picture-book feel, we eventually adopted a storyboard version after several trials.
